Lacrosse is one of my favorite sports to cover. I'm fortunate to have one of the premier college teams right in my backyard, attracting equally premier competition. This season I was able to shoot for US Lacrosse Magazine.
I love telling stories with my images and sports is no exception. Scroll down to see my favorite images.
NOTE: The entire world is suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic. I was fortunate to cover a couple games before all sports were cancelled.
For sports coverage, I use the following equipment:
Camera Bodies and Lens
Gear and Accessories
The Florida Gators opened the 2020 season with the #18 University of Colorado Buffaloes. The match was close battle for both teams with the Gators getting a comeback win in the final minutes of the game. Redshirt junior Briana Harris #20 lead the way for the Gators with a career-high five goals.
The #8 Gators took on the #3 Seawolves in a Top-10 matchup. Like their season opener, this came down to the last few minutes. The Gators posted the win 7-5. 3 games later their season would be cancelled due to the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic.
We had the honor to shoot this game covering #30 Ally Kennedy of Stony Brook for US Lacrosse Magazine.
Another college lacrosse season in the books! It was truly wonderful working for the US Lacrosse Magazine. While the season ended abruptly, I had a ton of fun for the few games I covered. I am looking forward to a new season as I know all teams will be very hungry to play.
I love telling your team's story and would love to work with you. Reach out to find out how!
