Creating new lifestyle branding images for e-commerce and social media

Hats Off!

I'm excited to show you my recent work with the apparel brand, Alter Ego Running. Started by the Izzo brothers (Matt, Stephen, and Paul), Alter Ego Running is based out of Nocatee, Florida. They specialize in performance running hats that celebrate the flip side.

The Izzo brothers wanted to refresh their website, social media, and other branding efforts with new images. They brought in some incredible models and we shot in the late afternoon at the Nocatee Community Center.

The Setup

I kept the shoot simple and used a one-light setup for portability.

Nocatee Community Park

We kicked off at the Nocatee Community Park which is a 75-acre eco-friendly park. We started by the kids park and fields and then moved to a beautiful running bridge.

The Izzo brothers brought 5 incredible model athletes to help show off their hat apparel.

The Bridge

This bridge was incredible with the sun setting in just the right spot. It was also very popular with the golf carts.

Pool Time

The Nocatee pool had some great views surrounded by palms and crystal blue water.

Close-Ups

I finished out the shoot with detail shots of the hats. The hats we were shooting were also water resistant so this presented an opportunity to show off the beads of water.
