Welcome to my 7th year working with Florida Gators Women's Basketball and the Gators marketing and creative teams creating fun and unique lifestyle athlete portraits for their marketing and recruiting efforts.
This is the fourth year of the Gators "media day experience" they call WBK LIVE or #WBKLive24. This was an all-day event with studio portraits and on-court video production.

Interested in checking out my past shoots with the Gators?
This year I provided two stations:
The goal of my primary background (the orange) was the ability to have two looks. This was the first look, a single light full-body portrait.
This was the second look to create clean even lighting on orange.
The team then changed outfits into uniquely themed apparel and Jordan apparel.
At the same time I was shooting the Orange background set, my assistant Chris Leduc was running the white background set. This was a creative set where we harnessed the power of Profoto's high speed sync (HSS) to allow us to shoot at f/1.4 on a Canon 85mm lens.
A major sponsor of the Gators, International Diamond Center, provided all the jewelry and watches that the team wore for all their photos. I wanted to highlight that with a wide open aperture.
The Gators social team updated the story section of their Instagram with photos from the One Light Orange set.
Another fun shoot in the books!
It's truly been an honor working with the Florida Gators Women's Basketball team especially Coach Kelly Finley and her team. I've created a ton of great unique content for their social and recruiting efforts over these last 8+ seasons. Looking forward to next year!
Also a big shout out to Maddie Washburn and all the students/crew from the Gators Creative Team. I could not have done this without them!
